posting this here because it's a pretty interesting read, and i figured that since this blog is supposed to be about translating fe, an article about the guys who are currently doing the official localisations is very relevant reading. it's mostly fluff and not exactly an in-depth look at their process, and the article itself doesn't mention fe at all, but hey, i love this sort of thing no matter how minor it is

Only tangentially related at best, but would you know offhand if the FE / Genealogy-specific fandom at large has access to scans of the artworks in Kyoko Tsuchiya's Soul Driver 2000 artbook set?

There's a dozen pieces of art in there (incl. one of Lewyn ;3), and I could take a crack at scanning them if there were interest.

haven't heard of that one before, actually. while odds are it hasn't been scanned yet, i never know about anything so the fact that i don't know about it is the farthest thing from evidence that it hasn't been covered before :P

i'm not sure what to make of this claim either in light of fe13's... well, everything. considering how the article emphasises 8-4's insistence on dissecting everything about the game first, i'm starting to wonder if things like en!henry were in some way intsys's idea. then again i'm probably just grasping for excuses
